Spalba Signs 150+ Hotels, Boosts MICE Digital Adoption

Spalba MICE platform

Spalba, a fast-growing digital platform for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), has signed over 150 hotels in the first half of 2025, underscoring the rapid shift toward digital adoption in the events industry.

Nearly 40 percent of these signings were contract renewals, translating into a robust 79 percent renewal rate with leading properties like The Oberoi New Delhi, Pullman Aerocity, Alila Diwa Goa, Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, and Heritage Village Manesar reaffirming their trust in the platform. Expanding its footprint, Spalba added new properties in both Indian and South Asian markets.

Key Highlights

  • Spalba signed 150+ hotels in H1 2025 with 79 percent renewal rate
  • Platform queries surged 300 percent, crossing 1,500 in six months
  • Both marquee chains and boutique venues are joining Spalba

These include Hilton Kathmandu, Leela Gandhinagar, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, and Fairmont Mumbai, reflecting growing demand for digital venue sourcing.

The company also reported a 300 percent year-on-year rise in platform queries, crossing 1,500 during January–June 2025. Corporate planners are increasingly evaluating venues digitally before finalising bookings, making Spalba a critical enabler of decision-making in the MICE ecosystem.

Notably, boutique and niche venues are also joining Spalba to compete for corporate business, including Signature Club Resort, The Corinthians Resort, Cherish Ballroom Vasant Kunj, Neo Convention Hyderabad, Caravela Beach Resort Goa, The Club Mumbai, and India Expo Mart. Analysts highlight this as a democratizing trend, allowing smaller players to leverage technology alongside large hotel chains.
