Soul of the Seasons Wins Best Themed Project 2025

Braving convention to bring greenery back into high-density urban dwelling, NBR Group has unveiled Soul of the Seasons, a nature-inspired residential complex on Sarjapur Road–Gunjur corridor. Covering 9.65 acres with a whopping 88 percent open landscaped area, the development recently received the Best Themed Residential Project award at the 2025 GREBA Awards.

Conceived based on the ancient Pancha Mahabhoota factors—Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth—and drawn from the GAIA philosophy, the project is based on wellness and harmony with nature.

The complex consists of four high-rise buildings between 22 and 26 stories, one of which is themed around each of the five elements of nature. Amenities include sky decks, cross-ventilated houses, sun-powered areas, mirrored water gardens, and green pedestrian paths. A prestige clubhouse with yoga pavilions, swimming pool, and theme-based lounges forms the centerpiece.
