Smartworld Enters Noida With Rs. 3,000 Cr Mixed-Use Luxury Project

Gurugram-based Smartworld Developers has announced a major expansion into Noida with the acquisition of a prominent 6-acre land parcel in Sector 98, located strategically along the high-growth Noida Expressway.

The land was secured through an auction for Rs. 414 crore, marking one of the most significant recent real estate moves in the region. Smartworld plans to develop a premium mixed-use project on the site, featuring branded luxury residences, high-street retail, and modern serviced homes, aiming to set a new benchmark for urban living in Noida.

The company revealed that the total development outlay—including land and construction—stands at approximately Rs. 2,000 crore, while the projected sale value of the project is expected to exceed Rs. 3,000 crore. Approvals for the development are currently underway, and Smartworld anticipates launching the project within the next month.
