Hilton’s flagship Signia brand is expanding its global footprint at a fast pace in line with the group’s overall move to premium, full-service hospitality.
Signia by Hilton, which only came into being six years ago, has gone on to establish itself as a brand of “accessible luxury,” blending upmarket design, top-tier amenities, and excellent meetings and events capabilities. Now, the brand is gearing up for a substantial rollout in North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
Key Highlights
• Signia by Hilton expands across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia
• New hotels planned in India, Taiwan, and Indianapolis
• Portfolio expected to double by 2028
Signia by Hilton is eyeing multiple landmark openings in 2027. Locally, the fall of 2026 will see the grand opening of Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, a major new-build designed to be a hub for large-scale events and business travel.

Globally, the brand has already marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of Signia by Hilton Amman in Jordan, its very first international property. There will be a couple of hotel launches in India and Taiwan by mid-2026, respectively, thus creating a more robust ecosystem for Hilton in quick-to-rise travel markets.
Hilton’s plan for Signia is a mix of fresh new-builds and strategic conversions. At first, the focus was solely on projects built from scratch, but now, the brand is picking up the pace of expansion through conversion deals as well.
Hilton is betting on the Signia portfolio getting twice as big by 2028, driven by the trend of premium group travel and demand for hip, contemporary event spaces. With carefully-planned growth in business hubs and resort locations, Signia by Hilton is turning into one of the main vehicles in Hilton’s luxury global and meetings-led growth strategy.
