IHG Hotels and Resorts entered into a franchise agreement to create Garner Bhiwadi, which is the fourth signing of the midscale conversion brand in India. It is scheduled to open in 2027. Modest Structures Private Limited will develop the hotel, and United Hospitality Management will operate the hotel.
This hotel will have over 45 guest rooms and will provide quality and affordable accommodation to meet the increasing demand for quality and affordable accommodation in new developing commercial hubs.
Key Highlights
Garner is geared toward those who are looking for value-based accommodations that provide comfort, consistency, and dependable service, all while being supported by IHG's global operating systems and global loyalty programs.
This signing illustrates the strategy to focus on tier-two markets and key growth markets; hence, hotels offering midscale brands are significantly undersupplied compared to the current demand growth.

Garner's conversion-friendly model, which is efficient in terms of cost, offers opportunities to developers to grow their investments while also enhancing the brand presence throughout India.
Through the new Garner Hotel in Bhiwadi, IHG seeks to expand its presence in the growing hospitality market in India and benefit from a growing shift of business and leisure guests toward affordable luxury experiences in the non-metro markets.
