SICILIANA, the Italian dining concept from Speciality Restaurants Limited, has expanded its presence in India with the launch of a new all-day dining restaurant in Bengaluru. Located at Phoenix Mall of Asia, the restaurant strengthens the mall’s premium hospitality and dining portfolio while introducing guests to an immersive Mediterranean-inspired culinary experience. The outlet officially opens on May 20, 2026, marking another milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy across major Indian cities.
Situated on the third floor of the mall, the restaurant draws inspiration from the culinary traditions and coastal culture of Southern Italy, particularly Sicily. Designed as a contemporary Mediterranean-style trattoria, SICILIANA combines rustic elegance with modern hospitality. The interiors feature terracotta textures; earthy tones, artisanal décor elements, and Sicilian-inspired detailing that create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The concept is tailored to Bengaluru’s growing demand for experiential dining spaces that combine ambience, storytelling, and authentic global cuisine.

The menu has been curated by Presidential Award-winning chef Sabyasachi Gorai and highlights traditional Sicilian flavours crafted using fresh ingredients and artisanal techniques. Signature offerings include Sicilian-style fritti such as Arancini and Supplì, Aubergine Caponata, handmade pasta varieties, artisanal cheeses, seafood specialties, and the classic Sfincione pizza. The dessert selection is led by the brand’s signature Pistachio Cannoli, adding an authentic Italian touch to the overall dining experience.
Complementing the food menu is a carefully curated beverage programme inspired by Southern Italy. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails, Italian classics, and premium wine selections designed to enhance the Mediterranean dining concept. The restaurant positions itself as a social dining destination focused on shared meals, relaxed hospitality, and immersive cultural experiences.
