Among the upcoming developments, Mysk Residences Riyadh is planned as a boutique apart hotel offering extended-stay accommodation with modern facilities. Located near key growth areas of Riyadh, the property aims to serve both corporate and leisure travellers seeking flexible and premium accommodation options.

The Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort is positioned as a lifestyle and leisure destination focused on wellness, recreation, and equestrian experiences. Spread across a large area, the resort is expected to feature hospitality facilities, leisure spaces, and sports-oriented amenities designed for families and experience-driven travellers.

In Makkah, Shaza Hotels is introducing two Mysk Al Haramain Hotels to address rising demand from pilgrims and visitors. The properties are planned near the Holy Masjid al Haram and aim to provide comfortable stays with services tailored for spiritual travellers.
