SeaHorse, Sayaji Group Sign Effotel Ranjangaon Branded Hotel

SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting has secured its first branded hotel assignment in Ranjangaon through a strategic partnership with the Sayaji Group, marking a significant milestone for the firm.

The project, Effotel by Sayaji, Ranjangaon, will be the town’s first branded hotel and is scheduled to become fully operational by March 2028.

Strategically located near the five-star Ranjangaon MIDC, one of Maharashtra’s key industrial hubs housing large corporate entities, the hotel also benefits from proximity to Pune Airport, approximately 50 kilometers away.

The official signing ceremony on November 29, 2025, brought together key stakeholders including Gahininath Narawade, Sachin Malgunde, and Tushar Kale of Ranjangaon Hotel LLP; Pawandeep Singh, Director – Development, Sayaji Hotels LLP; and Sandeep Roy, CEO of SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting.

The transaction reinforces SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting’s role as a leading hotel brand advisory firm, with expertise in identifying underserved, high-potential markets. Through strategic asset repositioning and planning, SeaHorse aims to maximize revenue performance, particularly within the corporate-focused hospitality segment, leveraging Sayaji Group’s strong operational capabilities.

Developed on a 36,000 sq. ft. land parcel, the hotel will feature 50 modern rooms, including four suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop lounge bar, and dedicated MICE facilities comprising a 3,000 sq. ft. banquet hall and a 500 sq. ft. conference hall. Additional amenities such as a gym and spa further position the hotel as a comprehensive upscale business destination.
