Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is venturing into the world of cuisine with his new restaurant, Solaire, which is coming up in Mumbai. The upscale restaurant will open shortly at the Grand Hyatt in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and will offer a luxurious culinary experience.
In a recent Instagram post, Dutt shared a glimpse of the restaurant’s interiors, featuring ambient lighting, elegant seating, and a sophisticated setup. He captioned it, “I’ve eaten around the world, now it’s my turn to plate it. The first of many! Welcome to @solaire\_mumbai.”
Solaire will have a multifaceted menu ranging from Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, and Chinese cuisine and a cocktail bar featuring world-class mixology.

Joining hands with foodpreneurs Amit Lakhyani and Ishaan Varma, Dutt is introducing his international experience as well as own taste to the venture. The interior of the restaurant and menu are set to exude sophistication and creativity.
"Solaire is more than a restaurant—it's an experience. It's where culture, flavour, and elegance come together," Amit Lakhyani said in a statement.

Although Sanjay Dutt is most famously known for cult movies such as Munna Bhai MBBS and Vaastav, this new project brings a new chapter in his public life.
