Runwal Realty Enters Malad West With Landmark Project

Runwal Realty has officially entered the Malad West real estate market by signing a landmark development deal for Auris Serenity Tower 4, in partnership with Transcon and Sheth Creators.

The signing marks a strategic expansion for Runwal Realty, with Bollywood actor and brand ambassador Sonam Kapoor present to commemorate the occasion.

The project will be launched after receiving statutory approvals. Planned as a premium, low-density residential development, the tower will rise over 60+ floors, with the first habitable floor positioned at 100 feet, ensuring enhanced light, ventilation, and privacy.

The project forms part of a larger 8-acre development and will offer spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, with only six apartments per floor, 11-foot floor-to-floor height, expansive windows, and large private decks. Homes are designed to offer panoramic views of the sea, greenery, Pagoda precinct, and Mumbai skyline.
