RSG Opens Nammos Resort AMAALA on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea

Red Sea Global has opened Nammos Resort AMAALA at Triple Bay, the global brand’s first resort hotel. The 110-room property with 20 private residences combines Mediterranean design, wellness, dining and marine experiences on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.

Red Sea Global (RSG) has opened Nammos Resort AMAALA, marking the global hospitality brand’s first resort hotel and adding another luxury property to Saudi Arabia’s rapidly developing AMAALA destination. Located at Triple Bay on the Red Sea coast, the resort combines Mediterranean-inspired hospitality with the natural landscape and coastal heritage of northwest Saudi Arabia.

The newly opened property features 110 rooms and suites alongside 20 private residences, with the accommodation designed by Foster + Partners. The architecture draws inspiration from the Cycladic character associated with Nammos while incorporating elements of Saudi Arabia’s coastal environment. The development is positioned as part of AMAALA’s broader focus on luxury, wellness, marine experiences and lifestyle tourism.

A major attraction is the resort’s signature Nammos Beach Club, located on a private island and connected to the main resort through an exclusive boardwalk and private jetty. The facility offers panoramic Red Sea views, Mediterranean-inspired dining and the social atmosphere associated with the Nammos brand.

The resort also includes the Nammos Spa, providing wellness experiences designed around relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can additionally access a range of activities across AMAALA, including marine experiences, sailing, equestrian pursuits and family-oriented recreation.

According to RSG Group CEO John Pagano, the opening expands the diversity of experiences available at AMAALA and brings the energy and character associated with Mykonos to the Saudi Red Sea coast. The development is part of RSG’s strategy to establish AMAALA as a global luxury lifestyle and wellness destination.

Nammos Resort AMAALA is the sixth resort to open at AMAALA, with three additional resorts and other destination facilities planned as development progresses. AMAALA is being developed by RSG as a major tourism and wellness destination on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, with its first phase centred on the Triple Bay masterplan.

The opening contributes to Saudi Arabia’s wider tourism diversification strategy under Vision 2030, which seeks to expand international tourism, hospitality infrastructure and premium leisure offerings. RSG’s developments at AMAALA and The Red Sea are designed around regenerative tourism principles, with sustainability and environmental conservation integrated into destination planning.

With its combination of branded hospitality, private residences, wellness facilities and marine experiences, Nammos Resort AMAALA strengthens Triple Bay’s emerging position as a high-end tourism destination and represents another step in Saudi Arabia’s expansion of its luxury hospitality portfolio.
