Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality chains, has announced the signing of Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur, a 60-key property located in the heart of Jaipur City Center.

The new hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, aligning with ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy and reinforcing its presence in key urban and leisure-driven destinations across the country.

Designed in a suites and residences format, the upcoming property will cater to the growing demand for long-stay accommodation, targeting business and leisure travellers.

Regenta Suites & Residences Jaipur is being developed by the SSBC Group, owned by Madan Lal Yadav. The property enjoys a strategic location, offering seamless connectivity to Jaipur’s commercial hubs, prominent lifestyle districts, and iconic cultural landmarks, making it suitable for both corporate and leisure travelers.

The hotel is scheduled to open by April 2026, and will introduce a contemporary hospitality offering under the trusted Regenta brand in the Pink City. With this signing, ROHL continues to strengthen its portfolio through management-led growth while enhancing brand visibility in Rajasthan’s capital, a key tourism and business destination.
