Royal Orchid Expands North India Footprint with Regenta Baddi

The company has unveiled a new 43-key Regenta Plac in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. According to the management, this will strengthen its expansion base in North India and tap emerging hospitality markets beyond metro cities.

The property has been developed in partnership with Sarvan Kumar, Director of The Golden Castle. The property is scheduled to open in September 2025 and will be operated under ROHL's asset-light management model.

Located in the picturesque Shivalik Hills and strategically placed in the busy pharmaceutical and industrial belt of Baddi, the property seeks to host both business and leisure tourists.

The future Regenta Place will have high-end facilities such as a rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day dining outlet, a spa, gym, rooftop pool, kids' zone, and sprawling banqueting facilities. They consist of 5,627 sq. ft. of banquet space, a 1,482 sq. ft. conference area, and a 10,000 sq. ft. lawn to accommodate destination weddings, MICE functions, and corporate off-sites.
