Revival Restaurant Reopens in Bengaluru After 10 Years at Fern

Revival, a Mumbai-based vegetarian restaurant brand, has officially reopened in Bengaluru after a decade-long hiatus, marking a significant return to the city’s evolving food and beverage landscape. The restaurant has commenced operations at The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott, reinforcing its positioning as a premium pan-Indian vegetarian dining destination.

The new Revival Bengaluru outlet features a fine dining restaurant, four banquet halls, all-day dining services, 80 in-room dining options, and a structured breakfast service, catering to both resident guests and the city’s discerning diners.

Known for its emphasis on regional Indian vegetarian cuisines, Revival is introducing its signature Bombay-inspired chaat to South India for the first time, alongside West Indian and North Indian dishes rooted in Mumbai street food culture.

The menu also includes South Indian preparations, offerings from Revival’s in-house bakery and confectionery, and slow-cooked organic dishes prepared using non-trans-fat ingredients. Live chaat counters enable table-side preparation, while the West Indian section showcases Rajasthani, Gujarati, and Maharashtrian cuisines. Select dishes can be customised to specific dietary needs, reflecting the brand’s focus on therapeutic indulgence and adaptive dining.

Designed as a versatile venue, the restaurant supports business meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, with live cooking counters spread across multiple spaces, including a large ballroom. A bar is planned for a later phase, subject to regulatory approvals.
