Synopsis: Rawajeh Group and Flow partner to combine real estate development and operations in Saudi Arabia, offering integrated solutions for landowners while supporting Vision 2030 through premium, human-centric communities.
Saudi investment and real estate development company Rawajeh Group along with global real estate brand and operator Flow announced a strategic partnership. Their idea is to build somewhat integrated real estate development and operations model in Saudi Arabia, kind of all-in-one setup. Through this cooperation, they want to deliver complete solutions for landowners and investors, by mixing development know how with more professional property management skills.
Under the agreement, Rawajeh Group will mostly lead the development of land assets, and Flow will provide design and development management expertise along with operational capabilities plus its brand experience. It’s meant to be a partnership that helps both private and public sector landowners unlock the real value of their properties, by taking neglected or underused assets and turning them into high-performing real estate opportunities.

So this collaboration is happening while Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is growing really fast, kind of because of urban expansion and there’s more need for good quality housing, plus national development initiatives too. Together, they back Saudi Vision 2030, in a sort of straightforward way, by pushing modern urban planning, raising the overall living standard, and building places that feel right for citizens as well as expatriates.
As part of the alliance Rawajeh Group and Flow have signed an operations agreement for “Thara”, which is one of Rawajeh Group’s flagship developments. Flow will take over the operation and overall management of the project; this will basically be the first time that the partnership integrated approach is actually being applied. So yeah, it’s the first implementation and it’s not small.
Thara is kind of envisioned like a full residential destination, with luxury residential towers, pretty contemporary architectural design, landscaped green spaces and also a few commercial and service facilities. The whole thing is strategically placed so residents can get to daily needs without too much trouble while still enjoying a more modern lifestyle space, day to day.
Rawajeh Group’s CEO Aqeel Alrajhi noted that the partnership sort of represents a big step towards handing over end-to-end development solutions for landowners, you know. He said the cooperation is designed to turn property real estate assets into sustainable investment chances, while backing every stage of the journey, from planning and development, all the way through operations, and then value optimisation.
Flow MENA Chairman and CEO Fawaz Farooqui said the alliance sort of strengthens Flow’s place in Saudi Arabia evolving real estate landscape. He also mentioned that bringing together high-end development standards, with long-run operational know how will boost asset outcomes, and help make durable value for property owners.

The partnership shows a growing trend in Saudi Arabia property market, where developers and operators are more often joining forces to make these integrated communities. And by putting construction, design, brand identity, and the day to day operations in one bundled model, Rawajeh Group and Flow aim to set a kind of fresh benchmark for high end residential development across the Kingdom.
This collaboration keeps feeding the momentum of Saudi Arabia’s shift into a top tier real estate and investment hub, which kind of backs up the country’s goal to craft sustainable, truly world class urban environments. It all feels like it further reinforces that transformation, step by step, even if the details are moving fast.
