Radhika Heights, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ravinder Heights, has received licenses from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA) for two affordable residential plotted housing colonies in Sector 89A, Gurugram, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY).
The first license (No. RC/HARERA/GGM/730/462/2023/74) covers 39.43 acres in Village Harsaru, developed under the project name “Bestech City 1 – A Joint Development of Bestech and Ravinder Heights.”
The project is being executed in partnership with Bestech India and subsidiaries including Nirmala Buildwell, Radicura Infra, Cabana Construction, and Sunanda Infra.
Key Highlights
The second license, also linked to the same registration number, pertains to a 12.38-acre project in the same sector, titled “Bestech City 2 – A Joint Development of Bestech and Ravinder Heights Limited Group.” This project is jointly developed by Radhika Heights, Nirmala Buildwell, Cabana Construction, and Bestech India.
Both developments mark a significant milestone for Ravinder Heights and its subsidiary, further strengthening their role in affordable housing development in Gurugram. The DDJAY scheme aims to provide access to planned residential colonies at affordable rates, especially in high-demand regions like Gurugram.
