Continuing its growth momentum, Planet Hotels entered the leisure hill-station segment in 2025 with the launch of its Manali hotel under the Beatle brand, reinforcing its multi-brand expansion strategy across India.

The group is now set to elevate its luxury portfolio with Kings Mansion, an ultra-luxury resort scheduled to open in early 2026 on the iconic grounds of the former Kingfisher Villa, North Goa. The property will feature 48 ultra-luxury rooms, complemented by a curated resort and spa experience that blends contemporary elegance with immersive travel.

Kings Mansion will reimagine this legendary address through exotic design, intuitive service, immersive dining, and refined leisure offerings, including a pool, bar lounge, beach deck, gym, salon, and its signature wellness sanctuary, Ojas Sva. Every element is designed to deliver meaningful experiences rooted in comfort, sophistication, and connection.
