Oberoi Gurgaon Unveils Madam Chow Fine Dining Experience

Oberoi Hotels & Resorts has announced the grand opening of Madam Chow at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, marking one of India’s most anticipated culinary launches of the year.

The restaurant brings the authentic flavours of Guangdong and Sichuan cuisines to India, presented with Oberoi’s signature elegance and warmth. Set within a striking glass pavilion overlooking the hotel’s reflective blue pool, Madam Chow seats 86 guests across intimate spaces, elevated platforms, and a mezzanine level. A private dining room for 12 guests offers exclusivity for business or celebratory gatherings.

Designed around the philosophy of Yin and Yang, the interiors showcase a play of light and shadow, stone, wood, and ceramic textures, transforming from bright and airy by day to moody and intimate by evening.

The culinary experience is led by two master chefs. Chef Wong Kwai Wah (Sam), with over 35 years of expertise, brings signature dishes like Imperial Roasted Chicken, Xiang La Tofu, and Zhenglong Whole Silver Pomfret. Chef Mark Lin, renowned for his artistry with dim sums, introduces creations such as Lychee Bonsai Bao, Harmony Siu Mai, and Ocean Silk Cheong Fun. Desserts like Jasmine Tea Mai Lai Go and Sichuan Peppercorn Ice Cream complete the journey.
