Mysuru Set for Upscale Hotel With 171 Rooms

Zed Enterprises has floated a proposal to construct a 171-room, five-star hotel at Belavatha Village, Kasaba Hobli, Mysuru  a project that is likely to go a long way in strengthening the city's growing hospitality industry.

In the plan, the hotel block will have three basements, ground floor, 13 floors above and a terrace, to offer contemporary infrastructure and high-end amenities to leisure and business travelers.

A separate banquet block on the ground floor and terrace is also proposed to accommodate large events, weddings and corporate events.

Key highlights:

  • Zed Enterprises proposes a 171-room, five-star hotel in Belavatha Village, Kasaba Hobli, Mysuru, featuring modern infrastructure and premium amenities
  • The project includes a dedicated banquet block for large-scale events, weddings, and corporate gatherings, catering to growing business and tourism demand
  • The development is expected to boost local employment, spur ancillary industries, and reinforce Mysuru’s position as a rising destination for upscale hospitality

“The planned development reflects our dedication to bringing world-class hospitality infrastructure to high-growth markets such as Mysuru. We wish to build a destination that caters to sophisticated travellers while spurring local employment and tourism." said a Zed Enterprises representative.

The hotel's 171 luxurious rooms will have amenities one would associate with a high-end property. With Mysuru's image developing as a destination for tourism and business — fueled by its cultural heritage, increasing IT presence and events business — the hotel is likely to fill the growing demand for high-end stay.

Zed Enterprises' project proposal, once sanctioned, will create job opportunities and bring ancillary industry to the area, further solidifying Mysuru's position as an emerging hospitality destination.
