Max Estates has made the announcement of the Estate 105, a high-end residential project, in sector 105, Noida, as a key addition to its growing portfolio in the Delhi NCR region.

The project is registered under the RERA and it is the first phase of a greater 10.33-acre planned development, whose first phase is expected to provide a gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 3000 crore. Estate 105 consists of 270 homes in two high-rise towers, a project that is set as an IGBC Platinum pre-certified neighborhood.

The development heavily focuses on sustainability and wellness and has 2.5 acres of car-free biophilic gardens. A pedestrian walk and jogging track raise the grade, and a 35-metre-wide green belt bordering almost 3 acres of the property adds to the nature-oriented design strategy.

The project is well positioned along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and linked to the DND Flyway which provides smooth access to major urban centers.

The development consists of more than 72,000 sq ft of curated facilities, including an Integrated Sports Ecosystem which features indoor and outdoor facilities, including padel tennis, squash and badminton, pickleball and a rock climbing wall. Its main clubhouse, the Hub, has an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, food and wellness.
