Marriott UB City Launches New Rooftop Asian Dining Experience

Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has opened The Roof – Asian Bar & Grill, a new place to eat on the roof within the UB City complex. This open-air spot adds a modern food option to the property, serving both people staying there and outside guests looking for a good dining experience downtown.

Located above the city center and next to the rooftop pool, The Roof – Asian Bar & Grill provides wide views of the Bengaluru skyline. The place is set up for small social events and private parties, offering a relaxed outdoor feel with a quality service.

The menu focuses on Asian fire-cooking, taking ideas from Japanese robatayaki methods. Guests can start with lighter dishes like Baby Spinach Gomae, then move on to small plates like Cold Tofu Tacos, Korean Chicken Wings, and Lamb Bulgogi Tacos.

The robatayaki grill has a mix of grilled vegetables, prawns, and chicken. Main courses include Chicken Curry, Yaki Udon, Ginger Fried Rice, and Grilled Seabass. Desserts like Matcha Tiramisu finish the meal. A special drink menu has been made to go with the grilled food.

Wajeed Bagwan, General Manager of Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, said that The Roof shows Bengaluru's liking for real food and new cooking ideas. He added that opening The Roof shows the property is still working on improving its dining choices and making flexible places that mix world flavors with the city's lively way of life.
