Marriott International, Inc. signed an agreement with the Sugee Group to develop the Goa Marriott Manohar International Airport Hotel, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s presence in the state.

The 200 guestrooms will be a key hotel part of Western India’s first Aerocity, A mixed-use development integrating commercial, retail, educational and recreational facilities. The project has been identified Marriott’s strategy to strengthen its footprint across key leisure and business destinations in India.

The hotel offers seamless connectivity for passengers during delivery easy access to North Goa’s renowned beaches, like Anjuna, baga, and Calangute. Fifth, the state capital is almost 30 minutes away, allowing guests to explore both Goa’s coastal attractions and its rich cultural heritage.

The property will highlight 200 guestrooms and suites, more nourishment options, a Quan Spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and a Kids Club.
