Ventive Hospitality Launches Ventive Crown for Talent Growth

Ventive​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Hospitality has unveiled Ventive Crown, a quarterly internal recognition and competition platform, as a way to identify, celebrate, and raise the profile of well-performing and talented staff across the luxury hotel portfolio.

The project brings together several global brands in the Pune properties of Ventive and thereby creates a company-led platform which not only recognizes but also engages employees from different properties.

The first Chef’s Edition saw a competition of six teams and twelve chefs from Pune luxury hotels, who underwent a pressure-cooker culinary challenge.

The participants demonstrated their skills and at the same time narrated their personal stories, traditions, and emotions related to the food. Besides a modern take on Rabbit Rogan Josh, there were soulfully made Chena Lasooni Saag and freshly prepared regional classics such as Patthar Ka Chaap - not one of the dishes was lacking either its roots or a creative spark.
