Manglam Group Launches Rs. 400 Cr Summit Signature in Jaipur

Manglam Group has launched Summit Signature Sangam in Jaipur with an estimated investment of approximately Rs. 400 crore.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Sangam India Limited and represents a strategic expansion of Manglam Group’s presence in the city’s growing commercial real estate market.

The development is located along the Ajmer Road–Civil Lines corridor, one of Jaipur’s key business and administrative stretches.

Spread across more than 11,500 square yards, the project is designed as a ground-plus-three-floor commercial complex offering office spaces starting from approximately 1,100 square feet.

According to the developer, the project aims to cater to corporate offices, multinational companies, and retail brands that are seeking larger and professionally planned office formats in central locations. The site benefits from strong connectivity, with proximity to metro stations, railway stations, and the airport, as well as multi-directional highway access, making it suitable for business operations.

Sanjay Gupta, director at Manglam Group, stated that the development reflects the rising demand for structured and professionally designed office spaces in Jaipur, as more corporate and institutional businesses continue expanding their presence in the city.

The project will feature several business-support amenities, including multi-level basement parking for more than 400 vehicles, high-speed elevators, advanced security infrastructure, and uninterrupted power supply to ensure smooth business operations.

Architecturally, the building will include a grand entrance lobby, glass elevators, landscaped areas, rooftop open spaces, and food and beverage outlets, creating a workplace environment with modern conveniences.

Amrita Gupta, director at Manglam Group, said the design incorporates Jaipur-inspired architectural elements combined with contemporary materials and sustainability features such as energy-efficient systems and landscaped zones.

Construction of Summit Signature Sangam has already begun, with the developer targeting completion within about two years, marking another milestone in Manglam Group’s commercial expansion strategy in Jaipur.
