"Mana Projects, based in Bengaluru, is targeting the mid-segment market with a planned supply of 3.3 million square feet of residential property by the end of FY26 (March 2026), priced between Rs 1.7 crore and Rs 3 crore," said Kishore Reddy, Mana Project’s MD.
It will launch two projects by January 2026—Right Life Phase 2, spreading across 2.3 million sq ft, and Mana Verdant Terraces, spread across 1 million sq ft, catering to 2 and 3 BHK buyers of the mid to upper category.

Right Life Phase 2 will be developed as a child friendly township between Bommasandra and Whitefield; a micro-marketing area with a heavy concentration of schools, andMana Verdant Terraces will be developed on Sarjapur Road, a prestigious IT-enabled residential area.

It has already delivered close to 8 million sq ft in Bengaluru and tends to place itself in the Rs 1.5–2 crore segment, the Rs 2–4 crore luxury segment, and marquee segment above Rs 4 crore on a selective basis. Going forward, the developer plans 4 million sq ft in Phase 3 of Right Life, a 3 million sq ft project on Sarjapur Road in the design stage, and other projects in Jakkur and Kanakapura Road.
The company is now foraying into commercial real estate as well, and its first office project, Mana Capital, is already underway in Sarjapur. The growing interest of NRIs in south and north Bengaluru is helping to sustain the demand for its residential projects.
