A luxury residential project called the Aishbagh Square has recently been granted approval by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA). This newly constructed property is to be located on Mill Road in Aishbagh, following the official announcement regarding a development named Narmada Apartments located in Gomtinagar.
The Aishbagh Square will contain four towers (each 27 floors high) with a total of 384 three-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartments that include a study. Each apartment will have approximately 1,900 square feet. The starting price for each apartment is Rs 1.11 crore.

The Vice-Chairman of the LDA, Prathamesh Kumar, has issued formal orders for this project to begin to construct. Registrations for the Aishbagh Square will begin on January 29, 2015, and continue through February 28, 2015. All applications will be accepted through the LDA website only.
Applications for registration will be required to pay an upfront deposit equivalent to 5% of the total estimated cost of the apartment. However, applicants from a reserved category will only be required to pay a deposit of 2.5%. Registration will occur via a lottery system.

The Aishbagh Square will be located in an area of great density in Old Lucknow but will benefit from good connectivity with Charbagh Railroad Station and Metro Rail Services as well as from all major commercial areas, including Naka, Alambagh, and Aminabad.
This new complex will also have a lot of additional amenities that will include: a swimming pool, clubhouse, and landscaped park; a children’s play area; power backup; more than 600 parking spaces; and small shopping areas located within the complex.
