LaRiSa Homes Launches Luxury Stay in Uttarakhand

LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts has expanded its LaRiSa Homes brand with the signing of LaRiSa Homes X 1 Partridge Hill, a luxury boutique homestay in Satoli, near Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand.

This marks the company’s fifth property in the state, adding to its growing portfolio that includes Amaraya by LaRiSa in Gaggar-Ramgarh, LaRiSa Resort in Mussoorie, LaRiSa Homes X Mountains & Martini in New Tehri, and 8fold-Pinecrest by LaRiSa in Bhimtal. The new property, a four-bedroom luxury stay, is perched on a ridge with panoramic views of the Nanda Devi and Trishul ranges.

Drawing inspiration from the rich birdlife of the region, each room is uniquely designed, named after birds, and features private sit-outs. Décor, artwork and design elements reflect this nature-inspired theme, offering guests an immersive experience.

Committed to conscious luxury, LaRiSa Homes X 1 Partridge Hill integrates sustainable practices including solar energy, rainwater harvesting, composting, and farm-to-table menus using local produce. Meals are freshly prepared by the in-house team, featuring a rotating mix of Kumaoni specialties, Indian dishes, and global comfort food.

Guests can indulge in curated experiences such as riverside picnics, guided forest walks, stargazing, and cozy evenings by the fireplace. According to Seema Kundra of 1 Partridge Hill, the partnership with LaRiSa will help promote sustainable tourism while benefiting the local community.
