La Isla Launches Island-Themed Restaurant and Bar in Delhi

La Isla

La Isla has opened in Delhi, offering an island-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar. It aims to be a relaxed dining spot in Delhi's busy hospitality scene. The place focuses on unhurried dining instead of just serving many people quickly. It offers world foods, appealing interiors, and special cocktails.

La Isla is meant to be a calm getaway, drawing inspiration from various island cultures. Its style uses natural textures, earthy colors, and soft lighting to create a resort-like feel.

Key Highlights

  • La Isla opens in Delhi as an island-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar.
  • The concept focuses on slow, experience-led dining.
  • The menu offers global sharing plates across Asian and Western cuisines.

The seating can be changed to suit different needs, from small parties to casual business meetings and after-work chats. This setup encourages guests to stay longer.

Chefs Megha Kohli and Vaibhav Bhargava created the food menu, which blends different world tastes. Kohli made the Mexican, Italian, and continental dishes, while Bhargava prepared the Asian choices.

Cocktails are a main part of the idea. The bar offers 15 special drinks inspired by islands around the world. Each cocktail reflects local tastes and stories.

Founder Kripa Sial mentioned that her experiences in California and Mexico helped shape the concept. She wanted to bring tequila and mezcal drinks, world comfort food, and special coffees to a relaxed but classy place.

La Isla's opening reflects Delhi's increasing move toward dining experiences that focus on lifestyle.
