Kartik Aaryan Acquires Signature Office in Mumbai

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan and his parents Mala and Manish Tiwari have bought a commercial office unit at Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs.13 crore, as per documents of property registration accessed by Square Yards.

The office is in Signature by Lotus building and has a RERA carpet area of 176.98 sq. m. (1,905 sq. ft.) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq. m. (2,095 sq. ft.), along with three car parking lots.

The transaction attracted stamp duty of Rs.78 lakh and registration fees of Rs.30,000, and was registered during September 2025.

Andheri West is a sought-after real estate hub catering to both commercial and residential demand, with strong road, rail, and metro links and proximity to Mumbai’s international airport.

This acquisition follows Aaryan’s recent residential and land investments, including a 2,000 sq. ft. plot at Chateau de Alibaug for Rs.2 crore and a 1,912 sq. ft. apartment in Juhu, purchased with his mother for Rs.17.5 crore.

Aaryan, who made his entry with Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), went on to appear in blockbusters such as Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), and Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023), showing his increasing importance both as a Bollywood actor and as a property investor.
