Kanodia Group is expanding its presence in the real estate industry by launching a luxury brand KREEVA and concentrating on specialized housing markets.
The company has made a strategy to invest more than 5,000 crore in real estate by 2028, a strategic diversification to its traditional cement and building materials business. In this expansion, the group is planning a high-end residential project on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) of Gurugram, which is set to cost between 350 and 400 crore.

The development will be spread over three acres, with approximately 200 homes that are set to accommodate multi-generational living and senior residents with an opportunity to shift towards demographic-driven real estate.

The move aligns with India’s evolving demographic landscape, where the senior population is expected to reach 231 million by 2036. Although the organized senior living has grown, it has been hugely underpenetrated, leaving developers with a huge opportunity. At the same time, the need in multi-generational houses is also increasing because families want to have a combined, yet adaptable living style.

The strategic value of the location of the project is the fact that it is on the SPR corridor, which has an excellent infrastructure, connectivity to other business hubs, and the current expansion of the metro. Kanodia Group has collaborated with Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate to tap into development expertise and execution abilities.
As the senior living market is expected to expand at an unparalleled pace in the next few years, the targeted approach will enable KREEVA to leverage into emerging lifestyle trends and pursue long-term demand and value creation.
