Kamat Hotels to Open Second IRA by Orchid in North Goa by 2025

Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd (KHIL) has announced the entry of its second property in North Goa under the IRA by Orchid brand, marking its foray in one of India's leading leisure and tourism destinations. The 43-room property, which will open by September 30, 2025, will be managed under a management agreement.

The new hotel will be equipped with comfortably furnished guest rooms, pool, banquet facility, in-house dining, and fully staffed health club, providing a combination of leisure, business, and environmentally friendly experiences for guests

KHIL has a portfolio of Indian luxury and mid-premium hotels under brands such as The Orchid chain, Fort JadhavGadh, Mahodadhi Palace, Lotus Resorts, and IRA by Orchid. During Q1 FY26, the company saw a 240.2 percent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs.3.64 crore on a 12.1 percent increase in revenues to Rs.82.1 crore, reflecting robust growth momentum.
