As of March 25, 2025, the company has delivered over more than 12,000 housing units, valued at approximately Rs.8,100 crores, across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Kolhapur. Its active mandates cover 35 real estate projects representing over 3,119 saleable units and 28.46 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area.  

JUSTO’s growth strategy focuses on expanding into high-potential Tier-I and Tier-II markets, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur, and Kolhapur, while strengthening its financial advisory services for both developers and homebuyers. The company’s collaborations include reputed developers such as Paranjape, Satyam Developers, Rahul Construction, Abhinav Group, Tejraj, Dosti Greenscapes and Pune Ville among others.
