The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Tourism, has released its second half revenue report for the fiscal year 2015-26, which reflects stable performance of the corporation in its various segments of business.
It was the success of the second quarter period that had induced ITDC to post a total revenue of Rs 124.17 crores and a Profits Before Tax (PBT) of Rs 24 crores during this period, evidence of the Corporation’s operational efficiency and Market Dominance.
Besides hospitality, air travel, events, duty-free, and capacity-building, ITDC, through its various subsidiaries, was able to reach consistent contributions, thus portraying it as a multifaceted corporation.

The Corporation is driving growth through the help of well-thought-out plans not only by investing the money on digital and customer products but also by spending them on sustainability. As a matter of fact, making the travel experience easier and more accessible to travelers is the electric power which has the ITDC to plan for the launch of a new portal for Ashok Travel and tours.
