ITC Hotels Signs Two New Welcomhotels in Hyderabad, Nellore

ITC Hotels has signed definitive agreements with DSR Hospitality Services to open two new managed hotels in Nellore and Hyderabad under its premium Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels brand.

The new additions strengthen ITC’s presence across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, reinforcing its strategic focus on asset-right growth and regional expansion.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Hyderabad Panjagutta will offer 117 rooms and over 800 sq. m. of meeting and event space, catering to both business and leisure travellers in one of the city’s most connected hubs.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Nellore, meanwhile, will feature 127 rooms and over 2,600 sq. m. of versatile meeting facilities, making it a prime destination for corporate gatherings, weddings, and large social events. Both properties will uphold ITC Hotels’ sustainability-led ethos, premium service standards, and commitment to showcasing regional hospitality with contemporary design.
