ITC Hotels Signs New 140-Room Luxury Property in Patna

ITC Hotels, one of India’s leading luxury hospitality brands, is expanding its premium portfolio with the signing of a new 140-room luxury hotel in Patna, Bihar.

The company announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel to manage this new property, which will be developed as part of Bihar Tourism’s development initiatives.

The project, secured through a competitive government bidding process, underscores ITC Hotels’ growing focus on Tier-II cities with rising tourism and business potential.

Strategically located on a 1.5-acre site, the upcoming hotel is expected to redefine luxury hospitality standards in Bihar, offering best-in-class accommodations, fine dining, and curated guest experiences that align with ITC’s ethos of responsible luxury.

This expansion marks a major milestone for both ITC Hotels and Bihar’s tourism infrastructure. As the first luxury hotel of its scale in Patna, it is expected to significantly enhance the city’s hospitality offerings for business travellers, tourists, and government delegations alike.
