The greenfield development reflects IHCL’s growing focus on expanding premium hospitality offerings beyond metro centres into culturally rich and economically vibrant cities.

Designed in line with Vivanta’s contemporary and youthful brand philosophy, the upcoming 100-key hotel will feature vibrant interiors and thoughtfully curated public spaces.

The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant offering a versatile culinary experience, complemented by a stylish bar and a pool lounge bar designed for relaxed socialising.

For corporate events, weddings and social gatherings, the property will feature multiple meeting rooms along with a banquet hall spanning over 2,500 square feet. These flexible spaces are expected to meet the rising demand for premium event venues in the region.

Guests will also have access to a range of recreational amenities, including a well-equipped fitness centre and a swimming pool, aligning with evolving preferences for wellness-led hospitality experiences. The overall design ethos focuses on contemporary comfort, efficient layouts and vibrant aesthetics that resonate with modern travellers.
