
India's hospitality giant, Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (IHCL), has entered into a greenfield venture to launch its Gateway brand in the capital with Gateway Dwarka, New Delhi within The Omaxe State India's first integrated sports-cum-commercial arena in Sector 19B, Dwarka.
The 158-key hotel will be strategically located in close proximity to the nation's largest convention center and the forthcoming international cricket stadium, capitalizing on demand for high-end hospitality.
The hotel will boast an all-day diner, specialty restaurant, bar, spa, health club, pool, and more than 25,800 sq. ft. of flexible banquet space.

The Omaxe State, spanning 50 acres, is being jointly developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and will have hybrid retail areas, 40 plus restaurants, large F&B hubs, entertainment, lifestyle spaces, and sports infrastructure, including ICC and FIFA-approved stadiums.

Mr. Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Ltd., stated, "The partnership with IHCL is a moment of pride for us as we introduce the Gateway brand to The Omaxe State in Dwarka.
