IHCL Signs Taj Safaris Lodge in Satpura, Madhya Pradesh

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new Taj Safaris lodge in Satpura, Madhya Pradesh, marking a greenfield project that further strengthens its presence in India’s wildlife tourism segment.

Strategically located just two hours from Bhopal Airport, the upcoming 20-key Taj Safaris Satpura will be spread across 30 acres of pristine natural landscape.

Designed to offer an immersive wilderness experience, the lodge will feature an all-day dining restaurant and a bar, allowing guests to unwind amidst nature.

Surrounded by dense forests, undulating terrain, and rich biodiversity, the region is known for frequent wildlife sightings, particularly during the summer months.

A key highlight of the experience will be guided safaris led by specially trained naturalists, offering guests an interpretive and engaging wildlife journey. The lodge aims to combine luxury hospitality with meaningful nature-based exploration.

Satpura National Park is home to an extensive range of wildlife, including Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, Indian bison, along with over 300 species of birds and 30 species of reptiles, making it a sought-after destination for wildlife enthusiasts and eco-tourists.
