IHCL Signs Gateway Hotel in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new hotel in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir.

The upcoming property, a brownfield project, will operate under the Gateway brand, reinforcing IHCL’s presence in Northern India’s leisure destinations. The 64-key Gateway Pahalgam is designed to provide guests with an immersive stay experience. It will feature an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant, ensuring a diverse culinary offering. Wellness and recreation will be central to the property, with facilities including a heated pool, spa, gym, and health club.

For events and gatherings, the hotel will provide 2,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, making it suitable for intimate functions and social events. Positioned in one of Kashmir’s most scenic destinations, the resort aims to attract both leisure travelers and those seeking wellness-focused retreats.
