IHCL Launches Avantika by the Ganges in Varanasi

Indian​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) revealed that they have opened Avantika by the Ganges – IHCL SeleQtions, Varanasi thus enhancing the multi-brand footprint of IHCL in one of the most spiritual destinations of India.

Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President – New Businesses & Hotel Openings, IHCL, while commenting on the launch, said that Varanasi, which is considered to be one of the oldest living cities of the world, is still able to lure the travellers from all over the globe due to its deep spiritual and cultural heritage.

Deepika Rao also mentioned that IHCL has a long association with the city and that Avantika by the Ganges broadens the company’s brand portfolio by giving the visitors a calm and peaceful retreat that effortlessly unites the eternal traditions with the contemporary conveniences.

The 43-key property located on the bank of the Ganges is not far from the Kashi Vishwanath and Kaal Bhairav temples, the two prominent landmarks of Varanasi.

The rooms and suites of the hotel draw their inspiration from the balance of the five elements and provide tranquil views of the river thereby creating an engaging and relaxing stay experience.

Besides that, the culinary offerings include Dhanushkoti, an all-vegetarian restaurant that serves authentic Varanasi flavours made from the ingredients which are sourced locally.
