Invespy Launches Broker Hub for Dubai Real Estate Community

Invespy has launched the Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, as a dedicated space for real estate brokers. The facility offers project access, training, content creation, coworking and developer engagement opportunities.

Invespy has launched the Invespy Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, creating a dedicated physical space for the city's real estate brokerage community. The facility is designed as a neutral platform rather than a developer sales centre or traditional brokerage office.

The Hub has been created on the basis of four areas: Earn, Learn, Create and Grow. Brokers would have access to project proposals and projects in the stages of developing and carrying out transactions, with the help of training and project wrapping-up.

The facility also includes a podcast studio and content-creation support, enabling brokers to develop marketing material and build their own audiences. Coworking facilities allow brokers to use the Hub as a working base between client meetings.

Developers can use the facility for project launches, previews, sales briefings and training sessions, providing them with a direct channel to engage with brokerage professionals. The model is intended to bring brokers and developers together in a more structured environment.

The launch was preceded by a Broker Brunch that brought together brokers, developers and industry representatives. Speakers included Dr Anand Menon, CEO of Empowered Performance; Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, CEO of Disruptive Real Estate; and Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties.

Alongside the physical facility, Invespy also previewed its digital platform, which connects property developers directly with brokers. The platform provides access to off-plan inventory, sales support and commission-related services while offering developers a structured route to reach brokerage networks.

The initiative comes as Dubai's property market continues to expand and competition among developers and brokers increases. Industry observers note a growing focus on technology, training and broker networks as firms look to improve deal flow and market access.

For Invespy, the Broker Hub represents an extension of its digital platform into a physical environment. The company aims to use the Dubai facility as a model that could eventually be replicated in other markets where real estate brokers require greater access to technology, developers, training and business support.
