
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new resort in the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan under its iconic Taj brand. This greenfield project will further enhance IHCL’s presence in one of the most sought-after wildlife destinations in India, incorporating luxury and sustainability.
In the midst of the Ranthambore wilderness, the 75-key eco-sensitive resort has been conceptualized to reflect the natural beauty of the location. The property includes suites and villas with plunge pools and private courtyards, which blend rustic charm with modern comfort.

The dining experience will provide an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, bar and safari lounge area, as well as meeting and events space. The guest will also enjoy a heated swimming pool, Taj’s renowned J Wellness Circle spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and Niu & Nau, Taj’s luxury salon concept.
As part of IHCL’s E SG+ framework, Paathya will incorporate responsible practices, including solar powered amenities, rain water harvesting systems, as well as locally sourced sustainable materials.
