
HomeLane, which is India’s largest tech-enabled home interiors brand, reported a revenue increase of 22 percent Year-on-Year to Rs. 756 Cr in FY25 - a landmark achievement as it moves towards sustainable profitability.
In Q4 FY25, HomeLane reported EBITDA profitability for the first time, with revenue of Rs. 219 Cr and EBITDA of Rs. 2.8 Cr (1.3 percent) for the quarter.
The financial results were complemented by strategic initiatives that further solidified HomeLane’s position in the market.
Key Highlights
In FY25, HomeLane completed the acquisition of DesignCafe, the 3rd largest player in the organized home interiors market, strengthening its leadership position in the organized home interiors category. As a combined entity, HomeLane reduced its EBITDA losses from -15 percent in FY24 to -9.9 percent in FY25.

HomeLane and DesignCafe will now operate as two standalone consumer brands, providing consumers higher choice across design styles, budgets, and service propositions, while leveraging shared technology, supply chain, and operational abilities behind the scenes.
