HoABL & Zepto partner to digitise land buying in Vrindavan

In a first-of-its-kind alliance, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a branded land developer, has collaborated with quick-commerce platform Zepto to make high-end land ownership in Vrindavan more affordable. The tie-up enables users to search, inquire, and get connected to HoABL experts through the Zepto app within 10 minutes, a new milestone in digitising land investments.

Using the app, consumers can search for "land," browse HoABL's Vrindavan options, and start the buying process hassle-free. Within minutes, they are matched with a HoABL specialist through video consultation for advice. The initiative is rolled out coinciding with Janmashtami, providing users with limited-duration access to Vrindavan plots.

Key highlights:

  • Zepto users can now browse and book HoABL’s Vrindavan plots within minutes
  • Partnership offers refundable token payment and staggered pricing for buyers
  • Launched on Janmashtami, the tie-up aims to democratise land ownership

HoABL has come up with a tiered payment structure, beginning with a small, refundable token price as a gesture of interest. Buyers are free to pull out if necessary, with staggered payments to ease the burden.

“We are on a mission to democratise land ownership for Indians with our fully seamless and transparent digital-first model. Our shared vision with Zepto to make our respective offerings easily accessible through a convenient process makes this partnership very natural,” said Saurabh Jain, CMO, HoABL.

Following this, Chandan Mendiratta, Chief Brand and Culture Officer, Zepto, added: "Picking up HoABL's land platform on Zepto brings that experience to where millions already buy. Around Janmashtami, high-end plots in Vrindavan are now findable on Zepto for a short while, another step towards land democratisation."

Established in 2020, HoABL has 30 million sq. ft. under construction, across projects in Alibaug, Ayodhya, Goa, and Varanasi, with future plans for expansion in Shimla and Amritsar.
