Hilton Signs New Gachibowli Hotel in Hyderabad's Financial Hub

Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli, a landmark business and convention hotel in Hyderabad’s rapidly expanding financial district.

Developed in collaboration with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels and Convention, the property is scheduled to open in January 2029. This will be Hilton’s second Hotels & Resorts property in the city, complementing the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa. The hotel will feature 304 guest rooms and suites, designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers. It will house extensive dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, two bars, and an executive lounge.

A key highlight of Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli is its positioning as a premier MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destination. The property will boast one of the city’s largest convention centers, spanning approximately 62,000 square feet of event space. Facilities will include three grand ballrooms, a junior ballroom, and two meeting halls, making it one of the most versatile venues for large-scale corporate and social gatherings in Hyderabad.
