Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Appoints Sanjay Pandita

Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Sanjay Pandita as the new Hotel Manager.

With over two decades of experience across premium hospitality brands, Sanjay brings proven expertise in hotel operations, service excellence, and revenue management to his new role.

Most recently, Sanjay served as Director of Operations at Aurika, Mumbai Skycity, India’s largest inventory hotel with 669 rooms, where he successfully managed operations across multiple restaurants, large-scale event spaces, and guest services.

He also spearheaded the successful launch of Aurika, Coorg as General Manager, showcasing his ability to deliver results in both pre-opening and operational leadership roles.

Sanjay began his career in Food & Beverage operations with leading hotels including The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, Al Murooj Rotana Dubai, and Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort & Spa. He later contributed to the pre-opening of The Leela Palace Kempinski, New Delhi as Banquet Manager and held key leadership roles at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini.
