Great Value Realty Launches Rs 600 Cr Noida Project

Great Value Realty has revealed a luxurious residential project worth 600 crore named Ekanam, Sector 107, Noida. With this, the real estate developer has made a notable contribution to the continuously expanding premium housing segment of the city.

The facility is made up of three 46-story residential buildings with a total area of 2 million sq ft. It will accommodate 280 large three- and four-bedroom apartments whose sizes will be between 3, 525 sq ft and 5, 525 sq ft. Prices start from 7 crore.

The project was granted RERA approval in September and the target for its completion is 2030. It was designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Benoy, while the nature, inspired clubhouse was conceptualised by Confluence Consultancy.

Apart from providing residential comfort, the project fosters nature with the landscaped open spaces. The 100,000 sq ft. facilities comprise a spa, sports bar, art and wellness zones, and an infinity pool on the 40th floor, which will be Noida's highest, thus offering panoramic views of the city.

The 20-acre land parcel had 16 acres already used, with four acres being reserved for Ekanam. The present launch is amidst increased luxury housing activities in Noida.
