Assetz Unveils Rs 2.3 Cr Luxury Project in Bengaluru

Assetz has introduced a luxury housing venture in the south-eastern corridor of Bengaluru, which is a major step in the company's upscale housing segment. Melodies of Life Apartments is the new development that includes 204 three-bedroom homes with a base price of 2.3 crore.

The development is situated on a land of roughly three acres near Hosa Road, which is a 15-minute drive from HSR Layout. It offers two towers in a mainly low-rise setting.

Akshay Dewani, CEO of Assetz, claimed that the project's concept is to offer a nature-connected living experience. It would integrate features such as double-height lobbies, native landscaping, curated material palettes, and remote-controlled blinds. Along with these, padel and pickleball courts have also been included in the new, age sports facilities.

Assetz acquired 11.5 acres in East Bengaluru last year for a 1, 400 crore GDV luxury project that was supported by Motilal Oswal Alternates, thus adding 1.4 million sq ft of the saleable area.
