Golden Tulip Virat Nagar Jaipur to Open in 2028

SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting has successfully facilitated a major hotel brand partnership between Green Oasis Hospitality and Sarovar Hotels to launch Golden Tulip, Virat Nagar, Jaipur, a premium four-star hotel scheduled to open in 2028.

The project will introduce a sophisticated 110-room inventory to Rajasthan’s expanding hospitality market, particularly strengthening the outskirts of Jaipur as an emerging leisure and events destination.

Strategically located in Virat Nagar, the hotel is positioned itself as a key venue for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and large social gatherings.

Through its hotel consulting and advisory expertise, SeaHorse identified Virat Nagar’s growing potential as a wedding and MICE hub, aligning the asset with the internationally recognized Golden Tulip brand, part of the Sarovar Hotels portfolio.

The official signing ceremony was held on December 20, 2025, bringing together senior leadership from all partnering organizations. The collaboration highlights SeaHorse’s strength in asset repositioning, brand alignment, and revenue optimization, enabling Green Oasis Hospitality to leverage Sarovar’s global distribution network and professional hotel management from day one.

The hotel will feature 110 state-of-the-art luxury rooms, each with a minimum size of 400 sq ft, including select exclusive plunge pool rooms. Guest amenities will include an all-day dining restaurant, a contemporary lounge bar, a 6,500 sq ft grand banquet hall, multiple conference halls, and expansive manicured lawns, with the largest spanning 13,000 sq ft for large-format weddings.
