Godrej Properties has expanded its ongoing township project in South Bengaluru by acquiring an additional 3.8-acre land parcel, increasing the project’s total revenue potential to Rs. 3,500 crore.
The newly acquired land adds roughly 2 million sq. ft. of development space to the originally planned 3 million sq. ft., bringing the total scale to approximately 5 million sq. ft. across a combined 30-plus acre development. Located in the high-demand Sarjapur Road micro-market, the integrated township will focus on sustainable, wellness-driven design, featuring open green spaces, modern community infrastructure, and premium residential amenities.
Key Highlights
The location offers strong connectivity to major employment corridors including Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bellandur, and Electronic City, while benefiting from well-developed social infrastructure such as schools, healthcare institutions, and retail hubs.
With this acquisition, GPL strengthens its footprint in one of Bengaluru’s most competitive residential growth hubs, known for IT workforce demand and rapid urban development. The expansion further aligns with the company’s strategy to scale large township formats in Tier-1 cities with high absorption potential.
